Microsoft have recently unveiled Microsoft Vivia, an employee experience platform that brings together communications, knowledge, learning, resources, and insights.
The goal of Viva is to foster a culture where people and teams are empowered to be their best from anywhere. This is especially relevant as it will help with staff work remotely to fill part of the overall organisation and for the organisation to help with employee mental health and other adjustments that come with working from home.
There are four Viva Modules that will become available in Teams on a staggered basis over the next few months.
